Hi Dorlee,
Thank you for taking time and care in providing specific comment feedback!

You connected the dots well as to why I (and Rob) are able to continue ahead (despite my initial resistance!). Your insight into our having a plan and being able to cheer one another on is a good point -- that's what keeps me going, for sure : )

Glad you also liked the linkage to job search and career management. I am always here to encourage and cheer others on, and I am cheering you on, Dorlee, as you 'get back on the exercise horse!'

Respectfully,
Jacqui

Hi Jacqui,

I'm so impressed by the determination, persistence and ambition that both you and Rob are exhibiting with regards to your overall health goals. It is most impressive.

Many people would have settled down once they achieved such terrific fitness and weight loss objectives but you two are continuing on to the top of the mountain, so to speak.

And I believe that you will get there because you have laid out a plan and you are cheering one another on.

It was also great how you related this to the inevitable work involved in the job search process and the excuses that may forestall one's movement ahead.

My plan is to reread your post tomorrow morning to help me get me back on my exercise horse, so to speak :)

I appreciate your kind words and well wishes.

Great post Jacqui. Enjoyed the way you wrote the excuses, debunked them (which led me to some guilt about my own fitness. :0)
and then related them to career changes.
Powerful.
And good luck to you, Cherry
