Some people assert that “the resume has just a single purpose.” I heartily DISagree.
Perhaps I’m biased, because of my immersion in resume storytelling, but the resume is organic, ever growing, helping shape your career, including complementing the interview process from inception to offer, and beyond.
It is foundational to feeding the more-public LinkedIn, but it has the luxury of including details you may not want to promote so openly.
