How lovely to actually hear you and Rob sailing in the water – it really gave me a taste of the fun that you two have 🙂
And you really do go on an adventures, no less – 14 hrs travel time to get to another island – what fun!
I love this wonderful hobby that you two have developed. You two are most inspiring – you both really walk the talk – by incorporating on a regular basis exciting and fun self-care activities in your daily lives.

We had such a fun adventure that day at Lake Texoma – topped off by ‘beach time.’ While Rob playfully exaggerated just a ‘wee bit’ about the 14 hours, we did spend many hours on the water that day, beyond what we had anticipated. This included an initial launch with this new boat that was more challenging than we had anticipated : )
But it was worth it!
Your complimentary comments are appreciated – sometimes it is difficult to carve the time out, but we find when we do ‘not,’ then we are not as productive and creative in other areas of our work and life, which is precisely what you articulated in your last point!
