Knowing where you are as well as where you want to be (in the future) is essential for creating a navigation plan that gets your resume story going in the right career direction. Your plan must also have directional tools that help get you back on the path when you wander off or when the storms and disruptions of life and work erupt.
In the midst of enacting your plan, you must also have written goals and milestones that you check off when completed, enabling celebrations in the moment. This is how you keep energized, hopeful and grounded.
Your words, thoughtfully written, continually perform as directional forces, leading you forward! Your future vision always is there, shining a light and beckoning.
