Writing a resume is much more strategic and difficult than initially meets the eye of most careerists and job hunters. Particularly vexing is the creation of meaningful achievements statements.
When it comes to vetting out your achievements, you must be acutely aware of the value of your contributions to the target reader, and to the the big-picture story you aspire to communicate with them.
Unfortunately, most people get ensnared by rules and regulations that potentially can derail a meaty, compelling resume. This doesn’t have to be the case. You can write crisply, elegantly and in a focused way that is both interesting and glimpse-able.
