UPDATE: SECURED NEW ROLE!
I wanted to reach out and let you know I finally accepted a new role. Its been a long year, but was worth the wait.

I start at my new role next Monday in Arizona. I will help to lead and oversee the development of their customer service strategy AI + automation efforts across their sizable contact centers.

I will also help their leadership in integrating the processes and tech related to their recent acquisition. Everyone I have met appears to be great and many of the them have been there many years which I take as a good sign….seems like a family like environment. I think the role was custom fit for me.

Landed a Board Seat With New Resume

I Landed My Next Role!

Exciting news: I landed my next role with T-Mobile, Retail Industry Advisor!

The T-Mobile recruiter found my via LinkedIn Profile, then the resume went to work.

My Advisory Role for Customer Experience at Seton Hall University happened because the woman who was looking to fill the positions saw my headline and my LinkedIn profile, reached out to me and we chatted. So, without the LinkedIn updated profile, that would not have happened!

My other networking discussions were based on my one pager; I followed up with the resume, and all were impressed with it.

My profile is also well talked about in <name redacted> another group I joined; one person said they were having a discussion regarding how to improve the LinkedIn profile with 4-6 people. They all said to look at mine!
